Qualities of Great Leader(s)

As you know,Leaders are not all the same. They are not the same in who they are or in how they lead. There are qualities that good leaders share.
Most of the good leaders share some qaulities and five important qualities that good leaders share are listed below.

1.Integrity - Is about being consistent in doing the right thing, and being consistent in who you are. Consistent people are easy to work with; you know what response you are going to get, you know what work result you will get.
If you do not have integrity then people will hesitate working with you as they don’t ever know for sure what results you will give, or if you are being truthful.
Tips to improve INTEGRITY:
Figure out who you are and what you want people to think when they think of you?
Make your actions consistent, with whom you want to be, in person, on the phone, on the internet, everywhere.

2.Charisma- is energy with the delivery. No one is going to listen if you can’t deliver it with charisma, even if you have the best information.
Leaders with charisma have found their passion, and deliver it with energy.
Tips To become Charismatic: Find out what you like and care about that is your passion. Find a way to work in your passion.

3.Self confidence.
Be informed in the area you want to be confident and practice public speaking & leadership.
Be confident and know what you are talking about,
repeat continually, never stop trying to grow.

4.Forward thinking - It will be impossible to lead without knowing where you want to go.
A leader must look at where they have been where they are and use that information to help create a growth plan of where they want to be. The where you have been will help you know what is possible. It will also let you know what works and what does not.
Tips: Take some time and write down what you have done, go back as far as you want. Make note of what has been good and bad. This can be done both for work and personal.Think off thing you want. Use the information you have to make a plan of how. Be willing to seek new knowledge to help you achieve these goals.

5.Exemplary- this can tie to some of the above, lead by example. If you are a leader, and you want your team to work hard and fast, you should be doing so and more. Followers will follow at level lower than the leader. People learn by what they see, you will get the best results from your followers by showing.

Tips: Look at what you are doing is it the example you want to set, if not change. When you want to teach something find a way to show, what you want to teach and it can increase the learning speed.
